"No these will keep your headlight housings stock with the exception of the clear diffuser."
So once I buy the 80 dollar diffuser... then what? Is that the only thing I need to buy?

In order to fully comply with DOT, you may need to purchase a pair of orange bulbs since the signal light won't be orange anymore, but that is at your discretion.
You are directly replacing orange diffuser plastic inside the sealed headlight housing.
There's great write-up on how to do this yourself.
If you are not in the mood to get your hands dirty, you may able to seek other enthusiast for help since quite number of people have opened up the housings.
It wouldn't be tough if housing can be just bolted off but the pieces are glued piece, so you need to find a method to unglue and re-glue the housing itself.
Anyway, few valiant attemps were made to make the diffuser replica in clear form but never happened. But Rick had come through with this.
I think, Honda will take a cue from this again and probably outfit future s2000 models with clear diffuser with orange bulb.
Anyway, I just appreciate how much contribution Rick has made to S2000 communities.
