i think you can do a search for this. You can also go to rick's site and there is a step by step installation there. PDF format I believe. I am about to do mine. From what I understand, it is not HARD, but you must be EXTRA careful with the work. You don't want to have your lenses to fog up after the work is done. I also understand that taking the headlamp assembly (once cooking it) is pretty tough too. I believe xviper has also written a do-it-yourself thread. good luck.
