Hey guys, well I wanna get some clear side markers but most do not come with bulbs. Can I just take the one out of my amber ones and call it a day or is there more to it? and is it easy to get bulbs if I do need a replacement and where should I get it?

if i remember correctly, those are the 168/194 bulbs that you can get at most auto parts store. the oem ones work, but it gives off the color of halogen bulbs and it's not really attractive looking.

1. Most sets are sold without bulbs.
2. Stock bulbs in the sidemarkers are clear.
3. Amber bulbs 168/194 are uncommon.

That is few of the reasons we sell them the way we do. As sets, with bulbs.

 

I easily found amber bulbs at my local auto store because of all of the newer cars with clear sidemarkers.

 

Yeah, I have not looked in a while, but when I did, Nissan was the only place we could find them. Some parts of the country you could find them, other you could not. Like Texas. Maybe now you can. But you can't find them in amber with a chrome coating anywhere.
