To the best of my knowledge, every Honda built during the past decade has a factory clear coat. Haha, but you could add another just for ****s and giggles!!

 

Ok, everyone is convinced that there is a clearcoat on the red S2000. Why in the PPG book list the color of the S2000 as Formula Red, which is true and the RT code as R510, no clearcoat. Honda uses 5 red paints, two with clearcoats and three without. I still don't understand. Does "New Formula" mean it is something new that does not need clear coat?
