I get the same thing. Just a small noise, but enough to bother you. Simply turn the music up a little louder, the noise goes away.

What I really hate is when a passenger leaves the passenger seat to far back and it rubs on the rear compartment of the car. Drives me nuts.

tell your passenger to hold down the right side latch while pulling down the top towards the windsheild with the other hand. no more noise. hehe.

try this: this worked for me--my rattle came from the right sun visor. open it up and shut it. then the noise will go away.

well, at least mine goes away like that.

mine seems to come from one of the metal arms to the left of my head in the soft top. Sort of a clicking and squeaking noise. Can't identify where it's coming from. I've opened and closed the window, grabbed at the bars, etc.

It could be the latch rattle addressed by TSB # 01-037. The existing striker plates (on the windshield frame) are replaced by the heavier-duty ones furnished with the optional hardtop. It takes about an hour to complete and costs you nada.

Exactly! This has been driving me crazy! It doesn't happen all the time, though, so I know if I take it to the dealer, they won't be able to reproduce it...

I've been tugging at the bars, playing with the window, etc. with no luck at all! I was debating just tightening up the screws in there, but figured I'd "screw" something else up...anyone solve this problem?
