I have seen questions concerning European-spec headlamp housings for US Stooks...

I hope to answer any questions you guys/gals might have... I just received mine today. First, these are 100% genuine Honda parts which were purchased somewhere in Europe and imported by MG Racing. They do not come with any bulbs, just the built-in reflector for the halogen high beams + the projector lense for the HID headlamps. Here is the front and rear view:

I commend the ingenuity of the people who take the time to clear out the orange reflectors but if you have anywhere near $950, this is DEFINITELY the way to go...

Thanks for listening!

That is EXACTLY what I want! Though I'll be switching the turn signal bulbs with white ones. But... I also HATE orange, did I say HATE? HATE HATE HATE! I even HATE the small luminous orange glow the normal highbeams give. Anyone know where I can get more powerful white/blue ones? Also, I'll be switching out the UGLY orange side markers to clear, but the clear bulbs still give the orange cast...ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww wwwwwww. Anyone know where I can get WHITE ones? I need this car to give off WHITE and BLUE light only, well, and red, and I could care less how legal it is...I live in a small town, the cops are clueless. Any help on these matters would be greatly appreciated!

If it dosen't come with lamps, I assume standard NorthAmerican lamps fit right in?

Looks cool. Anyone know if I have to put in orange bulbs in place of the corners? Is there a law on color in CA?

They certainly look much better than the US stock model. But I'm not sure I want to cough up $950 for that cosmetic mod so I can only envy you .

For pricing, please call MG Racing...

As for bulb, I'm going to stay legal with stock orange bulbs...

The housings do not come with installation instructions (remember this is not an aftermarket kit, this is a Honda part from a Honda warehouse). If people want removal/installation instructions, I will scan the Honda Helm manual pages on headlamp housing removal/installation...

As for bulbs/sockets, yes they just go in, turn, and lock just like US Spec housings... They "plugged & played"... since my whole front end was apart anyway installation took 15 minutes...

Something to note here about clear front (or even rear) lenses. Not to be anal about this or anything, cuz I don't really care. By taking out that orange piece in the front (or getting the euro spec housing)...doens't that basically take out the front reflectors? Isn't that a SAFETY law in U.S.? I thought you need all four corners of your car to have reflectors? I guess if the cop was anal about it, it'll probably be just a fix-it ticket. It does look awesome without that orange piece though.
Just a thought!
