Don't know if that's a replica but it sucks.........
Anyway....here's my suggestion.
Since you can't get around having a Gap I would have the gap in the rear and NOT in the front because it will not be noticed in the back. I don't know if that is an attachment point for the lip but you can fill in the gap with anything and then paint over it with touch up.
Let's say you flush everything nice in the front and now you have the gaps in the back of the lip. You can fill the gap with either another piece of plastic or even colored silicone and then paint it. Or if it's a connection point with a screw even better you can fill the gap with plastic and screw right through it. Then you can use a dremel or filler to smooth it all out and then touch up paint over it.
Good luck.

leave the gap in the front, the back is part of the mounting point, so you'll want this flush. As far as the gap is concerned go buy some black silicone (rtv) and apply a very small bead that will fill the gap.. Use some extra and after you are done wet the tip of your finger and rub it alon the top... This will push it down into the gap, and smooth itself out. I used this on my 04 oem carbon fiber front lip, beacause Mastergrade does not supply the oem rubber gasket, and mine looks great just like oem. Also the rtv won't damage the paint. Use this and then post pics , and I guarantee that you won't see any gaps, it'll blend right in
