Thumbs up Cloudy Headlights

Quite a few of the S2000's I've looked at have cloudy headlights...I had the same problem with my BMW (99 528iT) tried to have them "refinished" but that didn't last.
Is this the same thing? I replaced the complete setup on the BMW $$$$ do the Hondas require the same deal new ones?
Are any used good ones available or replacement aftermarket? ($$$$ ?)
Still looking at early...to 04 cars $15k max anyone ???

That or if you have a porter cable, you could always attempt to clear it up yourself.
