Default Clunking sound coming from rear?

Car is 100% stock.

For some unknown reason, I'm getting a weird clunking type of sound from, what seems to be, the rear passenger wheel well when driving over changes in elevation.

Air pressure in the tire back there is fine. Lug nuts are tightened. Suspension bolts are tightened.

I don't currently have a spare tire, so could it be some sort of reverberation in there that is giving me the sound? It sounds really bad/unsafe so I'd like to figure out what it is just in case
