I was driving at night and my car has the same bleeding above the tach. Never noticed it before so THANKS A LOT!!! LOL. As far as the lights being brighter on one side of the dash or the other, I didn't notice.

I think I'm gonna get some of that padding you use to insulate copper piping...you know, the black stuff? and trim some pieces off and push them up in there. I think that'll fix it.
