Is there a difference in the clutch from 00-01 and 02-03. I drove my friends 02 a long time ago when it first came out so it might be memory loss but i drove a 01 today and the clutch felt pretty stiff.

Yep. They all seem to "feel" a little different. I don't think they are stiff (unless it's aftermarket). But my 03' is a little "lighter" than my 01' was.
