Default Clutch Fluid??? Where!

OK I may just be an idiot for asking this but, I have noticed recently a lot of people saying that changing there clutch fluid helped with notchy shifting, 1-2 grind, and clutch problems...how does one change clutch fluid...what kind of fluid is the best to change it with? Please explain. I just changed my tranny fluid a week ago and it didn't fix my problems so I am looking at any alternative to bringing it in for warranty work...thanks!

Cyber Logic, The clutch is hydraulic. Change the fluid just like the brakes.

The clutch hydraulic system uses brake fluid. The fluid reservoir is located (in North America, at least) on the firewall next to and behind the brake fluid reservoir. It is much smaller than the brake fluid reservoir. You bleed the clutch system just like you bleed the brakes, with the bleed nipple located on the driver's side of the transmission. Note, you need two people to do this job.
