I was just about to order the Comptech flywheel, ACT OEM clutch, and ACT HD pressure plate when the shop that's going to install them recommended I use Exedy for all three pieces.

I've seen strong recommendations for the Comptech/ACT combo on this site, but I haven't seen much discussion on Exedy's stuff.

Regarding the flywheel, I was interested in the Comptech because it's lighter than stock but not too light and it can be resurfaced. Is the Exedy lighter than the Comptech? The shop says the Exedy has a replaceable center.

Which is better?
