I have the same thing.... pedal feel is same as stock, but the engagement is definitely different.. takes some time to get used to 6puck is a lot for a daily driver (just my $.02)

competition clutch is supposed to have lighter pedal feel (same as stock) but the carbon kevlar disc is supposed to wear quickly. i'd go with the ACT Heavy duty street kit though, because it's the most popular aftermarket clutch for the S2000 and MOST people who have had it are very happy with it.

and while you're in there you might want to switch to a lighter flywheel for even quicker revving and longer engine life as well.

It looks like I'm gonna go with a ACT street disc kit, with a ACT streetlite flywheel. How does that setup sound?

i haven't heard any reviews of the ACT flywheel. all users of the Comptech, Toda, and Spoon flywheels seem to be very happy with them. but the Toda and (i think) the Spoon can't be resurfaced. i think the comptech can be.
