I feel a click/pop in the pedal AND hear it. it doesn't happen every time though. it's really weird. I hope it's just an adjustment. It has never done this until this past Sunday.

bump up this thread for answers. I just noticed a clicking noise when I depress the clutch. Anyone know?

 

Hey guys, I had this EXACT same problem on my 2003 Civic Si. The push rod between the clutch pedal and the clutch master cylinder was binding. I did some experimenting. If you loosen the nut, you can screw/unscrew the rod to adjust it. It only took a 1/2 or 3/4 of a turn to get rid of the click. It only takes very tiny adjustments to make a difference!

Before doing that...before I even knew what the problem was, I took it to the dealer to get it fixed under warranty. All they did was lube the clutch pedal linkage then kick me out the door. I did not realize there was a TSB at the time...
