Default Clutch slip!

I was reading the other day about removing something that makes the clutch burn at high RPM's.

What I'm trying to say is, when I shift at VTEC range, my clutch is completely out, but it seems like it's partially down; doesn't engage instantly. I read somewhere that there is a part that makes the car do that or something.

It's an '05 w/ 18k miles. Never driven hard, just the occasional "spirited driving." And yes, I know how to drive a manual.

ar...i think you are trying to say clutch delay valve

go do your research for the reason it was there in the first place before you do anything to it.
