I haven't bought anything from Coastal Metal recently, but axcilla is good people. Not only did I get my product/lip splitter in short given time, but he also answered tons of questions for me when I first bought my car last year. I think we e-mailed about at least 20 times before I bought the lip splitter, and he was patient and very helpful.

You should PM axcilla. If you still have doubts, also, check MY350Z.com site to see if there are any problems w/ axcilla, he's also a sponser there as well.

I would buy from him again.

Coastal Metals is top drawer, completely reliable, and a long-time sponsor. You have nothing to worry about.

I'm glad to see this, since the numbers STILL say "disconnected". I guess that the phone company messed up your new number message.

Just a suggestion: I MIGHT be a good idea to e-mail/leave a message if the order is that overdue. I hope that you can understand the concern of having TWO missed arrival dates, THEN two disconnected phone numbers and no answer on my e-mails.

Thanks.

I've ordered several things from Dave for my S2000 and never had any problems. I even ordered a louvered balck aluminum hatch cover for my 240Z years ago from his dad. I've always been very happy with their service.

Just putting in my .02 cents.. I ordered from them before, good service and fast.. Moving a business is a hassle.. We moved last year and our phone lines got all screwed up.. UPS would go to the wrong place and when they did come they came at weird hours.. You get it...

While we're talking about coastal metals. Just ordered the front splitter (black) for my silverstone, shipped promptly, piece of cake to install, looks awesome. If it doesn't fall off on my drive to work tomorrow, it'll be a total success. Axcilla did forget to ship my foot rest (did not forget to charge me for it), but I spoke to him today, I expect the foot rest to show up forthwith, free shipping. Very pleasant to deal with. The splitter showed up within a few days of ordering, all good.

One piece of advice on any future installs, those little metal clips on the under/inside of the bumper that the bolts screw into...since they are a $.01 part on this car, and since they are just clipped to that rubberized under body panel, if the threads are not properly aligned with the bolt, or in my case if the nut is simply too small for the bolt (even the oem bolt didn't fit properly), if you try to force the bolt in, you end up just tearing the rubberized panel and the clip just spins on the inside and you're screwed. My advice is to avoid doing that, not sure how, but try.

But this has nothing to do with the splitter, which fits great and looks awesome. Black splitter is a perfect color for the silverstone, forget the powdercoat, totally not necessary. Fingers are crossed for the drive, but it feels pretty solid.

Well, it showed up. Not all of the order-they somehow forgot the engine bay accessory, but they are sending that now.

I guess that it was all just a string of mishaps due to the move.

The products look great. I'm just now wondering HOW I am going to get underneath this bumper to put in the screws. It looked much higher before I decided to put the parts on!
