Default Cockpit Cover or Top Up

I was thinking about the fact that I like to park my car at work with the top down, but I am worried about sun damage to the interior. I know that I could just put the top up when I park it, but I am also worried about the wear issues that seem to be very common with our tops.

I searched and found that both Roadster Solutions and Covercraft sell them, and that several people on the board have them.

What I would like to know is, if you have one, how is is working out/holding up, and is it difficult to put on and remove?

I'd also like to know whether it woud be easier and cheaper just to put the top up when I get to work and lower it when I leave. I have a garage at home, so I can leave the top down until I go to work the next day. I just dont want to get wear holes from putting the top up and down all the time.

There are a couple of places that sell them online, Roadster Solutions and Covercraft.

I'd like to see some posts from people who have one.

Also, for those with wear holes in their tops, how often were you putting it up and down?

The "typical" top wear problem seems to happen when the top is down, from what I have read here.

I would have thought that the wear holes would come from repeated raising and lowering of the top not from it being in one position. Though I could see that if, when folded, there is a contact point that normal road vibrations might cause this.

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
