Ok so it seems the general consious is the GC and the Koni yellows...

can someone who knows whats what look at these?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GROUND-CONT...sspagenameZWD1V

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-S2000...sspagenameZWD1V

this company doesnt show any varying spring rates...just the one but i do have a question...

as far as the ground controls...i had a similar setup on my escort..they were cheap coilovers...like 45$ dollars but they look to have the same setup as these do a slip over.. and after time they had actually come off center in the stock mount and would pop when i turn the wheel...and i had to reset themback in the perches after jacking the car up...i realy dont want all that hassle. but i always assumed there was something screwed up with them as they didnt fit super tight around shock body...

i do see that they offer a koni ground control, and i assume it would fit better...has anyone had these issues with these ground controls?

how straightforward is the assembly?

sorry for all the questions. i just want the best for my money.

THANKS for all the help guys.

why not go for Ksports coilovers i had them b4 and were great also fuly adjustable and rebuildable

I am very pleased with the Buddy Club race spec, they are 10k rates front and rear and are what i feel are perfect for the s2000. They feel about 1 pound lighter each compared to stock, not much but It it has a huge piston shaft for better cooling and in turn reliabilty that any other coilover I have seen, these are the shit! So precise feeling with vertualy no body roll. They will make your car feel so much more controlled over stock and the ajustments are easy. I recomend more damping up front for a little more rear compliance. I run between full hard up front and two clicks down depending on my mood, and about half the clicks in the rear. I can't emagine a better handling choice for agressive driving at the limits. I run this car as a daily driver about 150miles a day and never get tired of the harser ride. Its not overly so and it makes me feel like I am drivig a real performer that can do some damage if I choose to drive as such, you can't beat these for the price. You will not be disapointed. I say just go for it!

another thing regarding reliability, do you think Buddy club could afford to replace these at $150 a pop if they had alot of issues with these. I would think not, they abvously feel very sicure about their reliabity or they would not offer this. They don't need to be rebuildable. There is nothing to lose as far as I can tell exsept for $150 if you actualy ever need it.

IMO, when i was reading up on what coilovers to get this link was really helpful (got it from my subby friend):
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread...=megan+coilover

After reading that I felt very comfortable at investing in a low-tier coilover as my first suspension setup ever. I'll be putting on the megan street coilovers(900) + swift spring setup(250-300)...grand total of about 1150-1200 (w/installs btw). They'll be on my car in about a week so if you can wait i can always give you a personal review of how it handles on the street, but not quite ready for hard racing in the canyons since I just got my S...if you're not in a rush I'll be heading back down to la jolla for school (UCSD) in about a month so maybe you can try out my setup then...just my 2 cents...i'm sorry if my comments were nub =(
