Cold start Knocking metalic sound , Help!!
Hello guys, I have a 2000 Honda S2000 AP1, and when I start the car cold and the weather is chilly, the engine idle fluctuates a few times and at the same time it makes a strange metallic noise — kind of like engine knocking or something similar. It does this until I press the accelerator slightly, after which it goes back to normal and everything runs fine.
I should mention that the TCT is new, as well as the timing chain and guides, new spark plugs, new ignition coils, new oil and oil filter, new solenoid, new knock sensor, and AP2 retainers.
I’ve been having these symptoms for about a year now, and I’ve noticed that it doesn’t happen during the summer when it’s warm — only when the temperatures are low.
If anyone knows what’s going on or has experienced something similar, I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know! I got a Video with the moment of the problem to !

I hope to be something like that , but in my ears sounds like metal in the engine , tomorrow i will ask a friend to start the car and i will take a video from the engine bay to see from where its coming , hope to dont have some internal engine damage but its strange because the car runs fine , i take the oil pan out to see any metal inside but there is none shavings , same for the solenoid screen , strange because this problem its been here for a year or more
So i had this issue for over 1 year now and in June i taked off the valve cover and i changed the retainers to ap2 ones , new tct in the same time new chain , guides , oil pump chain and guides too , new solenoid also , new knock sensor , not a single problem on the superior part of the engine to be found , the old parts have been in great condițion too but i changed them just to be sure everything its ok an safe , but this problem was present Before and after this job too , that’s why i dont understand , also i searched for metal shavings in the solenoid screen and in the oil pan and filter but i dont see any amount of metalic material
