LMAO.. now that is a good idea. Paint the S like your classic state tropper car (black and white) with some logos and I bet you may get left alone.. lol

color does matter.. how often do you notice say a dark brown car coming up the road, then see the same type car in bright red and notice it what seems like miles away...

Speed matters.
My parents, when they drove their silver Mercedes sedan on I 90 near Gillette, got nailed for doing 82 mph.
Picture it: two 70 year olds, crusing at 82 mph in a car safe crusing much faster, driving down a dry road with no traffic. Nailed on Ka band, in spite of their old Passport.

Speed matters.
Of course the Wyoming HP were courteous and willingly accepted American Express at carside.

Color mattered to the cop that they profiled in this month's issue of Motor Trend (Oct. 2002)!

I highly recommend this article.

got followed all the way to my house while in teh Viper once. I was do the speed limit before he pulled into traffic and kept doing it all the way to my house...but the Valentine 1 read instant on radar like every 20 feet. He wanted me so bad...it was sad. But I had only been drivign normal most of the day anyway and was doing nothing wrong even before he spotted me. Oh well...I think any sporty looking car is a target, depending on the individual cop.

I agree....I was heading down a nice twisty back highway on Colorado's front range, traffic was moderate, passing really not possible and I was doing MAYBE 10 over, probably 5-7. I see a trooper coming the other way. He spots me and pulls to the shoulder before I even pass him. In the rearview I see him u-turn in behind the car behind me. I stick the cruise on and he follows for 10 miles. I make a left to go to a gas station and he follow me through the turn and pulls off next to another trooper who's got someone pulled over. I pull in and gas up and he splits way before I finish.

He wanted me BAD
