Does anyone know where I can order colored hoses for the engine bay? Or of other methods to color the hoses? TIA

 

Pretty sure you'll have to use braided hose, or braided hose "jackets" which just cover up the hose you already have. They come in a bunch of different colors.
The real braided hose is quite expensive, and probably a waste of $ of looks are all you are after.

 

Try Varathane rubber paint.
You can get it in mat or glossy finish,does a very nice job on rubber,and resists high temp.
