if you want quality, get mugen($90), Spoon($120 if your lucky) or Rays($130 i think). I have mugen lugs on my EG civic with buddy clubs. they are yet to have any time of blemish. and they come with wheel locks and a key.

Muteki lug nuts are prone to seizure, I'd suggest investing in a set of Trust or Rays lug nuts instead.
