I don't get ya'll.

I put almost 10k down on my Z and had several thousand left over, and never had to touch my savings nor use my entire check because I only had a car and insurance payment.

There is no excuse not to be able to afford a nice car in the Marines.

Hell go look at the barracks and see all the nice cars.

You'd be better off not wasting tons of money on cigs, strippers etc

If you're near Virginia Beach/Norfolk, you should get in contact with Black Nugget or myself.

Thank you for your service to our country, your s2k will be well deserved
Maybe buy an 03 privately and have a little money to live a little
I agree with Poindexter, get a hold of him or another local member (s) to help with your purchase you will most likely get a better deal and a much better car

Good luck to you and be safe

I currently have a loan from USAA for the S2000 I'm going to be purchasing hopefully later this week. I have no credit at all, and they really hooked me up with a good APR. Just make sure you sit down, and write out all of your monthly expenses before you think about a loan.

I wish I could get an account/insurance with USAA. Since Navy Federal went to a credit-scoring APR system USAA is now the ultimate.

Thanks S2KPUDDYDAD

Best bet would be to look in the local forums around your area and see if someone is selling one that you know has been taken care of.

You're a lot more likely to get a good price with a local member due to reputation and the fact that most owner seem pretty cool
