First of all I want to apologize for not having answered to previous messages pertaining MG RACING before; I am not checking this site from a very long time.......I received an e-mail from a previous S2000 owner informing me of all the complaints...
-I invite all the customers that had any kind of problems with Tim/MG RACING to e-mail me personally at mgracing25@hotmail.com and I will see what I can do
-I will have to travel to JONESBORO/GA at Tim place because I cannot get in contact with him from a very long time.......
-I will suggest to hold on any orders planned with Tim/MG RACING
AT THIS PONT I will have to reorganize (hopefully with better luck) MG RACING.

S2KRepentigny - your analysis sounds right to me. It sounds like a species of fraud, false promise, promise without intention to perform.
Seems to me that spyderfish could sue in his own state and long arm Tim and/or MG Racing (if it is a corporation). Most states have a statute which permits the assertion of personal jurisdiction against out of state defendants so long as the defendant has sufficient minimum contacts with the plaintiff's forum so that the assertion of jurisdiction does not offend our notions of due process, fairness, etc.
Usually, doing business in a state is a sufficient "minimum contact" to support such jurisdiction.
Spyderfish, what state do you live in?
As to all this shucking and jiving around about Tim's personal life, it is his responsibility to assure that his "personal problems" are not used to justify or excuse misconduct which works a substantial injury against spyderfish or any other person who does business with MGRacing/Tim.
Sucks spyderfish! $3550 is real money.

I just think it would be convienient to go to one area and see how many outstanding (or resolved) issues a vendor has. This would eliminate having to search all the different threads then wading through all the posts to see if the issue was ever resolved.
I could have gotten the information I wanted by reading 2 or 3 posts in this central area.
Member A has a problem with MG Racing and states what it is.
MG Racing responds.
Last post indicating how the problem was resolved (if it was).
Any other issues with any given vendor would also be available in this one section and by checking I could see at a glance how many unresolved issues there were. I might even find that while there were multiple issues that they were all resolved in a satisfactory manner and possibly conclude that this vendor is acting in good faith.
Like I said it is just an idea.
While I concede that some may enjoy the show for entertainments sake (hell people used to dress in their Sunday best to watch a hanging) some of us just want the raw data without the soap opera.
