Default Comparing the S2000 with an NSX

I was wondering, for those who have experienced both, how the S2000 compares to the NSX. I've owned my S2000 for almost a year and realize that it's in it's own category when it comes to pure driving and fun. I'm just kind of curious if the NSX is another car that is outrageously fun to drive. I mean, it's got to have some of the same characteristics if Shigeru Uehara designed it.

I've owned both. NSX is lower/feels lower. I had the NSX-R suspension and the car handled wonderfully, although it's easier to toss the S2000 around. They really are quite similar, but I did enjoy the NSX's greater low end power, the engine also had a much better sound. Overall they both provide the same driving enjoyment in slightly different ways.

^ Discussed previously. I know search here is a pain but you can always do a site restricted Google search.

See, if I could I would have both in my garage. The NSX produces my favorite sound from any production vehicle but the s2000 also sounds great when it hits 9k lol

Just curious, what year was your NSX? I'm looking at NA1s myself and haven't decided which one I want to keep.

4.9 0-60 is faster than I thought an AP1 was capable of...

s2k with a 4.9 0-60? i'd love that to be true, must be great tires and a perfect launch catching traction right at 6k rpms.

I noticed the same thing. They must have been racing downhill.

My brother has a 05 NSX and I would say the S2K is more fun in the handling department. The NSX however has nicer low end torque and feels more powerful like stated. I've never really taken his car hard on turns but from normal and a little aggressive driving this is what I noticed.
