I've spoken with Shad and MikeB a few times about this, and here's the jist:

1. When they were designing the kit they went up to 12 PSI and lost some top end power, 6 PSI seemed to be perfect.
2. They did play with intercooling the kit (actually tested it on the NSX kit) and it did not produce the results they were looking for.

If they've figured anything out I'm sure there would be many interested parties, but it doesn't seem like anything will be coming out just yet.

I heard Comptech will be making a 7-8 PSI pully kit by the end of the year.

Mocantec,
My car is turbocharged and at 8 psi I'm turning 0-60 times (on a G-Tech) in mid to low 4 sec. range. With a boost controller you can vary boost. Mine is set up so that if my boost controller is turned off, I run 4 psi. With it set on low boost, I run 6 psi and with it on high boost, I run 8 psi and can go to 10 psi which equates to a little over 350 RWHP. You can buy the turbo kit from Speedcraft Engineering in Orange Park, Florida (904) 276-9720.

If you want to run over 6PSI on an S2000 you will have to have control over the timing, at least that was Derryck's finding. On the SC kit there is not timing control, but his turbo kit does have timing control. Just an FYI.

The device that Patrick is finalizing for timing will work on any of the SC'ed cars as well.

It appears that the "12 psi Comptech kit" is a vicious rumor... as usual.

This was the report from "an anonymous General Manager source" at Comptech
