Agreed that Oscar Jackson is as qualified to work on Honda's as anyone else around. That being said...
I have come to understand Oscar Jackson know longer has any affiliation with the Jackson Racing moniker.
Oscar retired a while ago and has since sold the naming rights to a company called Moss Motorsports.
Be aware when those JR S/c's come out that you are no longer buying products affiliated with Oscar himself. You are buying from a 3rd party manufacturer that simply bought a motorsports reputation instead of earning one themselves.

Several of these "aftermarket" companies seem to be hitting hard times. I heard BBS wasnt doing so well and of course there is that sale of Kinesis to Lexani
I read somewhere recently that over 75% of tuning shops that opened in during the 90's have since gone belly up.
Actually I remember where i read that ... it was in a road and track article about the HKS 350Zs
Road and Track -HKS
Even the import car mags are admitting that the import tuning craze is over and the new era of American Muscle is starting. It's sad to see Comptech go down as a casualty.

Supposedly he's back with the company.
From what I have heard Oscar is still involved in the auto shop he operates and still does installs of the Moss Products.
However, he doesn't contribute to the development or stand behind any of the products Moss manufactures.
Maybe Moss brought him back as a consultant to remedy the loss of credibility when word of the sale got out.
Dissapointing. Sure they were overpriced to some of us, but it's tough to deny their quality. Their closeness with Honda was definately a boon to the consumer too.
Strangely, my Comptech flywheel just went in today. Their lack of business/warranty, etc won't stop me from gravitating towards their parts on the used market as time goes on.
