So how does the comptech CAI prevent this?

What makes it different from other CAIs ?

the comptech cai doest have the filter mounted in the fender well like the aem. now dont get me wrong, you can hydrolock the comptech, but you would probably have to drive through a lake for that to happen.

I have enjoyed my comptech ever since I bought it. The carbon cover looks great with the spark cover and radiator cover I have.

i had the comptech and the aem
aem for performance
comptech for looks

Hehe, I hydrolocked my stock MY03 during a freak storm that flooded out the streets, does that count
