Default Comptech Intake!

I've almost decided on the comptech intake. It seems to be a safe option and their website shows some gains. I don't like the look of the PRM and can't get a pic of the spoon to come up. Is the comptech better than the other two? Where is the cheapest place to purchase one? What are some of your opinions of these three?

Thank You for any help,

Mrcln1

I bought mine from Rick @ $325. It's also available in the Marketplace of this board at around the same price, but their membership link is not working yet.

None of the intakes net any noticable gain. Just get the one that looks/sounds the best to you or whichever one you can get a good deal on. I have the AEM v1 at the moment but I think I'm gonna switch to the comptech because I'm getting an Invidia exhaust (won't be able to hear the intake anymore) and I really like the look of it.

Just got done installing mine, and I love it. Got mine used from a guy in Florida, but I believe he got his from Nopionline.com which I think was like 314, but it would probobly be a better idea to purchase from a sponsor! Comptech is a great choice, nice deep sound, good luck!

there are a few sponsors on this board that are authorized Comptech dealers.

Comptech intake is great intake has a stock yet aftermarket look. Just the carbon fiber part of the intake gives it some bling. I got my intake through one of my friend wholesale place and it was 300. I'm just wondering what strut bar fit over it though. I'm afraid buying strut bar and end up selling it because it doesn't fit.

awesome intake, looks good, but a pain to install.

i got mine through HTG, Hard top guy, and the communication was great. it took a few weeks to come though, jeff explained to me that comptech sometimes will run out of parts, unfortunately when i ordered mine they were on back order, but it was worth the wait.
