Comptech (rubbing) strut bar group buy
Comptech is at least looking into the problem. I sent mine back to them to compare with the one on their test car. IMHO it does need to be lowered 1/8-1/4 inch. There is plenty of room to do this. I will call Comptech today and post any progress updates.
Just spoke with Comptech. They are refabricating the brackets to lower them. They will send me back my strut bar and the new brackets to do a test fit. I will then measure the hood clearence (easy to do with double sided tape and some modeling clay)and clearence to the air intake and send results back to Comptech to see if supercharger will still fit with the new brackets.

When I got the email from Mike at Comptech, he said to wait a few weeks, then to email him again with a request for the new brackets. He also suggested to temporarily remove the STB until I got the brackets, which I did...
