So...what's going on? Is the Comptech Supercharger limited?

Will I not be able to get one at the end of the year?

Thanks,

Great! Because it sure is going to take me a while to save up for it (1/5 the way there).

Thanks,

Yah, wouldn't think so..I don't think that would make good business sense if they were only going to produce say 15 of them and 30 other people want it!

Far as I know is that it has a limited production run. Meaning every time they do a run its only like 5 chargers. They are not investing in large scale production.....say 25-30 at a time. Mingster is pushing to get more people to express interest so they will push more resources into it so check out the UNDER THE HOOD forum or the GB forum.

There is some mis-information floating around here. The first order of supercharger units we place with Paxton was only 5 pieces. We're currently waiting for a shipment of 20 pieces from them and will be ordering more as soon as they get here. We have no intention of building just a certain number and then stopping. We'll build the kits as long as there is demand for them.

On a side note, our car was at the state lab last week for the CARB certification testing and it passed with flying colors. Now we just have to wait for them to issue the EO number. That process usually takes about 8 weeks. But anyone who gets a kit before then can recieve the sticker showing that it is legal.

Thanks Mike,
we have at least 5 customers interested.
Can you tell me more about availability.
(Most of them are not in the US so Carb certification is not a concerne).

For those people who are placing an order right now, we are quoting about 30 days before it would ship out. Don't know when we'll get to the point where we have units on the shelf ready to ship but we're working towerd that day.
