Condensation in headlight. WTF!?

Yes, I have seen it on several sets. It seams that when water get inside the headlights, the heat from the HIDs causes the black paint to bubble under the HID bulb. Personally I would open them, clean out the inside and reseal them. When they are open, I would remove the paint from the bezel and repaint it.

This can happen if you replace any of the bulbs on a humid day. When you remove the turn signal or parking bulbs or the seals around the high-beam bulbs, humid air gets inside, then condenses when the weather cools. Mine had this problem and it just went away over the winter, never to return
