control arms!

Default control arms!

i hit a curb and bent my uper and lower control arms. i got a quote froma local repair shop for $700. i think its to much anybody got any advice or help where i can get some for cheaper.

go to honda buy them and do it yourself.

depending on how bad they are bend/broken. if you can get to all the bolts and have air tools its a paint but not the worst thing to do..

its the left front and i'm told that both the upper and lower arms are bent

If you damaged both the upper and lower arms, i can almost guarantee your knuckle is messed up as well. I'd also check the ball-joints, as they are high-likely to be damaged as well. Majestichonda.com is a good place for parts, and has a great parts guide for visualizing any of the missing pieces.
