Thumbs up Convertible Soft Top Fix

Has anyone had this problem with their softop? I just recently got my softop replaced by the dealer under warranty and when I put the softop down I noticed that it doesn't go all the way down. Similar to what modifry's website shows:
http://modifry.com/products/ctf/details.htm

Has anyone had this problem and has anyone used modify's covertible top fix successfully? Any recommendations?

Yea, I was debating if i should get teh dealer to fix it or just do modify's 20 dollar fix myself. I personally don't like leaving my car in the dealership even if they are "certified". Plus I heard for them to fix it the right way, they would have to do more labor and take more time than modify's 15 minute tool free. I'll prob just get modifrys based on the comments received. Thanks guys!

How far down does it go?

A new stiff top may not function properly initially.

When I had mine replaced, the top would not fold down completely nor easily stretch to the strikers.

I spent time with the top down and two weeks with the top up. I left the top up for two weeks as it finally stretched to easily reach the strikers. To fold the top down, I pressed down on the center bar of the top and kept toggling the switch until I was satisfied. I just kept repeating this everytime I put the top down until it folded all the way.
