Convertible Top Gaskets Coming Loose
When I was down at Rock the Dragon this month, I noticed that the rubber gaskets on the convertible top, where the gaskets meet the door windows, are starting to come loose. The driver side is more pronounced than the passenger side.
Can anyone recommend the best way forward to correcting this? Is there a simple fix, or is the solution to go for broke and replace all the gaskets?
I am driving cross-county in 4 weeks for S2KDays, so I am going over the car with a fine tooth comb.

Those snap in place by hand. Give it a little tug, and push.

Another vote for hooking up a Battery Tender - both my 'hobby cars' and my motorcycle are pretty much perma-connected to them. Well, unless I take them out of the garage, obviously.
I'd check if you have any parasitic drain just to make sure the battery wasn't helped along in its demise, but either way you do want it on a trickle charger.

Assuming that you were able to resolve this issue, I would recommend that you apply some Shin-Etsu grease to those gaskets at least once a year to keep them supple and help prevent them from decaying. If you weren't able to fix the problem then I would recommend ordering what you need sooner rather than later as some of these gaskets are among the parts already being discontinued for the S2000.
