Default Convertible Top Question

I have a question regarding convertible tops and warranties. Does anybody think that a dealership would consider replacing a top under warranty. I have the Honda Complete Care warranty (100,000 mile). Just the other day when I pulled the car out of winter storage I saw that on the pax side towards the back window a spot has worn almost completly through. My car has 17,000 miles on it and it is an 05. It shouldn't have a hole in the top already, especially when you consider the fact it is garaged kept and parked in heated storage 6-7 months out of the year.

Please somebody tell me if they think I am going to have to foot the bill for this. In the warranty it states flexible body parts, conv. tops etc are not covered but some exceptions are made case to case.

Thanks.
