Does anyone know what the strips of, what looks like the soft side of velcro, is and wether this part of the top would be covered by the Honda ext. warranty?

I noticed today after washing the car that there was a strip pf something poking out on the side of the rear window. Upon further inspection I saw where the strip of material had come loose from the top.

Has anyone ever had this happen and what are some suggestions for reattaching if the dealer wont fix.

It is a 2003 model and, as I said I have the Honda ext. warranty.
