Coping with an unpractical car? s2000 *cough*
dude tell me about unpractical T_T. i'm a college student here in socal for schoolo originally from norcal. my mom drove our MDX down at the beginning of the year... and now i have to move my stuff back in the s2000 T_T. i've already made 5 trips to my grandparent's house to leave stuff there and will be back again on saturday LOL
i'd hate to agree with some marines ( ;-) ), but they're right.
first off you're a smuck. pretty much sums it up. dont try to act like a big tough military man when u arent even active duty and you're just a college kid trying to do things so you can pay off some past debt and get a cool car. and don't let me start on your POG ass job
in addition, get ahead - not even. the future holds plenty of time for you to buy a number of different nice cars depending on how u play your cards right now. who knows what you can do once you're truly ahead.
btw, i bought my 04 s2k when i got back from iraq spring of 05, and it's now paid off, mianly because of my latest 15 month deployment to afghanistan. if i could do it all over again, i'd still get the car, but maybe wait awhile.

You're bragging that you've volunteered. For a tour in hell. In Civil Affairs.
Good Grief.

I'm not hardcore because I'm not active duty raw raw raw. Ok wow, so I don't adhere to nit picky rules and do organized PT every day. Youre so right, if youre not active duty youre nothing. Oh wait would you say that to the NG SF? or NG Aviation when you needed em? Or hell forget it. Nothing will get through to a knucklehead... if one is willing to pass judgement so easily there is no talking to em.
I wonder if you where bleeding out and the only thing around to help you was a reservist if you'd say
"blahhh get away from me youre not active duty!"
its not because you're not activie duty, it's because you're a soft ass civial affair POG. ng sf? get real dude - they have one unit and you're on the opposite coast of them. let alone nearly all the ng sf guys have spent quite a bit of time active. so don't talk about sf. or aviation. you're neither. so go ahead and get over there, enjoy your room with AC, smoothies, your PX, your M16A2, and your big comfy bed.
and i dont know the person you are? you pretty much had it spelled out on this post. you're the dumb ass broke ass college kid thats thinkin bout heading over so you can get back to even so you can think about buying a used s2k. sounds pretty simple to me.
wonder how many guys in combat arms would feel if faced with this same choice...

You can call me a schmuck when YOU have the balls to volunteer for a tour in hell...
and no it wasn't just for the money, I could cover all my debt and future expenses with my job.
I see that you live in WA... what have you done for your country?

bradley gunner FTW!!
S2000 is a luxo barge all things considered. It has a power top, ac, power steering, power locks and mirrors, cd player, HID's, leather, big enough trunk to fit a weeks worth of groceries, a golf bag, a medium size suitcase. It gets 22 mpg city if you drive reasonably, insurance isn't bad and maintenance is nothing beyond fluids and tires until 100,000.
If you think that's unpractical you need to go ahead and buy yourself a Maybach and never look back.

Some douche out of no where calls me a schmuck. You don't know me, what I've done, the person I am, where I come from. Youre comments are down right IGNORANT.

Oh and a ...
