I am sure this has been asked, but I could not find anything via search.

Does anyone have any experience with Costco's auto insurance program? I am finding very good rates with them, but I am not sure how good (or bad) they are on the claims side should that ever be needed.

Looks like it's underwritten by AMEX, I don't have any personal experience with them though.

 

I use AMEX Ins. The rates are better than Progressive. Thank goodness I haven't had any claims...They did raise my rate symbol from a 21 to a 23...They said it was because of repair history on S2000's...All Ins. Co. use the rate symbol....
