Costco damaged the paint.

I always have good service from costco. I always get my tires done there. Once my grandmother destroyed two tires of her car which was obvious to them and they said that it shouldn't be covered under warranty, but they will do so anyways.

if you do it yourself $25 with dry time between coats 6 hour, price includes 2 beers

if you have it done by a bodyshop $250 loose the car for a week min, monday to friday + what ever happens to your car in that week

I never left the lot. I parked to the side to check the damage and went right back. The manager denied the claim all the way but agreed on filing the incident report after he placed the arm against my car.

I really don't think Costco will leave me in the cold here as it will be far too detrimental for the company to jeopardize their brand for a minor claim like this. My first step is BBB if they don't respond back within a few days as they promised.

There is a reason why I pay a yearly membership to use their service. I just hope they don't take too long before they get their act together and repair the damage.

A can of spray paint and it's fixed, not worth fighting or stressing over, just don't go back.
