Thumbs up CR suspension vs Bilstein PSS9

CR --> 375 front/264 rear
PSS9 --> 345 front/285 rear

The spring rates for both setups are similar, so I'm guessing the differences in firmness would come down to the valving of the shocks. With the PSS9 shocks set to full firm, how would that system compare with the CR system? I've read where people said the CR valving is pretty stiff too.

Thanks.

PSS9s have a very "German" ride. Due to the helper springs, the ride FEELS softer than stock, but is very firm in practice (actual cornering). It is by far the best suspension I've ever owned on any of my cars. I've used Tein, H&R, KW, Eibach, Koni, and PSS9s, and they are by far the best.

I don't think he asked

I've never ridden in a CR or CR equipped car, but I have ridden in a PSS9 equipped car. I must say, it was both comfortable and "confidence inspiring" at the same time.

No. PSS9s are not track coilovers. They are street coils.

That's very similar to the CR setup from hardtopguy.com.

I'm leaning toward the CR suspension now. I only wish those coilovers lowered the car half an inch. The ride height is ridiculous.
