Default CR type Tonneau

Has anyone heard if the tonneau for the new CR will be available as an aftermarket item? I'm not sure if that is the correct name for it.

I would sure like to have one if it could fit over the rag top when down.

Maybe Siebon or AUT will have one available in carbon fiber.

Just by the pics, it appears that it might not fit over the rag top. It seems to be flush with the surface of the car. Oh well, just a thought.

I anticipate that within a few weeks of it becoming available, if nothing else, knock off parts will be up for sale on places like ebay.

Doesn't veilside make a rigid tonneau cover? Anything in particular that you like about the CR version that wouldn't be covered with Veilside?

Veilside has that curve thingy that doesn't look as good. If someone replicate that CR tonneau cover that can fit on a stock s2k w/ the top down i'd buy it instantly.

What about it do you like so much?

CR Prototype

I guess whenever I see a wheel other then the early ones they look kinda blah, I love how my car has the seat's perforated leather on the side sections sections of the wheel, and not all done in smooth leather

It's not going to fit in there unless you remove the soft top, and even then, it may not fit for unforeseen reasons, like attachment points.
