I dont think the car is repairable, looks like it bent the frame .

It's actually quite easy and common to oversteer an S if you punch the throttle while making a 90 degree turn. Rear wheel drive and pretty good horspower means you gotta pay attention and feather the throttle at the turn. Be safe out there, and to the OP good luck with the repair. I have an '03 Sebring and the pictures mad me sad

Incase insurance wants to make it a total loss, what should I do?? I heard if they throw me an offer, I can try to increase on how much I want back, its an 03 , second owner with about 77k miles. I want them to fix it but if they can't not sure what's the next step, I still owe the bank under 7k for the car
