just go to the Socal for sale section, there are tons of wheels for sale, for $600 maybe you'd get a whole set of wheels, did you go around and shop for prices on the repair? don't just listen to 1 shop, ask around, maybe new control arm, shocks, sway bar....and if the frame and everything is not damaged, maybe you can go with aftermarket parts, might be cheaper too...

this happened to my friend's 350z, all it was needed was a new control arm that cost $60 bucks..and wheels of coz...
AAA towed my car and since I didn't know of any shops around here, they took me to some the tow guy knew about. i would normally shop around, but since I would have to literally transport it via tow truck, i figured it would cost a lot.

It was an S curve on an on-ramp. I went right first, then kinda gassed it too much when going left. It didn't feel that fast, didn't even vtec, but it swung right. i tried to keep it straight but it swung left. by then i panicked and braked, which made it swing right but all the way around (like 210), so that my rear passenger wheel hit the curb and i was facing the opposite way. oh well, just thankful i didn't hurt anyone.
looked like you needed new tires anyway.

I bought one of the replica wheels off Ebay...looks exactly like stock, haven't had any problems with the wheel or the finish.

Glad your ok first of all. This does not seem like you were doing anything stupid but just a lesson to be learned. It happens to the best of us. Make sure you get everything checked out and don't go cheap on it. I've only heard good things with the replica wheels but never had an experience on my own. No one has complained of any balance or alignment issues from what I have read so it might be a route to take. If not, than purchase new or just a used set of AP1 rims for the time being. Anyways, good luck with your repairs.
