Thumbs up Crashed my S in the snow

It was near the left HID.......

i took it to the Auto body and they informed me that it is broken in 3 places........but the light looks and works just fine

it doesn't budge, isn't cracked, and in all actuality u wouldn't be able to tell the difference from before to now

my only question is,,,,,will an internal damage have an affect even tho it shows no actual damage to the HID

i searched and have found no answers on the forum

$.02 anyone?

If the inner housing is cracked (around a mounting tab for example), you could find yourself with super foggy headlights soon.

Any damage to the bumper cover or fender? Its not a big deal to pull the bumper yourself and inspect the cluster.
