This cost me close to $700 to have fixed.

 

As far as your repair get several estimates and find out who has had some experience with similar color'd cars. I ended up going with the most expensive shop in the area due to reputation, talking with the owner, etc.

Well, I don't think this is gonna cost you $700. A new front bumper-cover from Honda costs $298. I REALLY don't think paint will be any more than $100, $150 max. If you know how to take a bumper off, then just take it somwhere good to get painted and do the labor yourself.
