Thanx for all of your positive replies guys (very much appreciated) Anyway, I love the 05 rims and seats better, no DBW of course, VSA not really important to me...and ofcoures the ride height in the rear (06's sit slightly higher in the rear than the 04/05's). Probably due to the VSA feature . Anyway as it ended up I lost $3500 total (including 3m clearbra). I did not pay sales tax on either car though because of my continuos trading . My initial car I had before the 06 was a 2005 STI (sold on Ebay $32,500 )

Sounds like you got just what you wanted.

The GPW w/ Tan is hot. I wish I coulda gotten the black/tan interior in the '05 in an NFR (without swapping, I'll still with the all black).

While the '06 wheels have grown on me, I think the '04-'05 wheels are the prettiest of all the years (just my personal opinion).

you guys might think I am crazy, but I am kicking myself in the but for not purchasing a 2005 model ...I realy like the differences on the 05 vs the 06, and esprcially the white/ tan combo !!! Here is my dilema, I have a chance to switch out of my 06 model with 4500k on the clock, and get into a certified 4 year warranty white/tan combo with 6k on the clock for an almost even exchange ($200 difference)...stupid idea ???
Sounds like a great deal, but don't forget that the sales tax on 25K is substantial. I would consider trading my 8K, showroom condition 05 for a similar 06 if price and color (gotta be blue and I prefer Suzi blue) was right.

Thanx again for everyone's input...I plan on doing the Honda front lip, and small rear trunk spoiler, upgraded HU, Polk speakers, and possibly the 3M clear bra again (but I hear it is very noticeable on a white car )

should do some research about the head unit and the DCI to get the controls on your left working with the aftermarket. where are you planning on getting the lip and speakers? i have Polk and they are great. deffinatly congrats, dont look back because you did what you felt was right no matter what anyone says.

I don't know where to get the front lip and spoiler...I guess the most inexpensive place if I shop around ...as for the sound system, I am aware of the seperate volume control switch!!! I will just take it to a reputable place around the Tampa area...
