I can't see messing with a HT on a road trip (and have not for the last two 3,000-5,000+ mile roadtrips in the S) but to each his own.

nice pictures. i laughed when i saw the picture of your car with all the bugs on it after the Montana drive. bet that happened on I-90. i was just up there for sightseeing and a trip to yellowstone and our rental car looked that bad after driving through montana.

Awesome! I'd love to take a trip like that... My dad and I did Phoenix to Austin and back in one weekend, but it was not very fun. The whole reason for the trip was drama with an ex lol

We did not remove any bugs until Mitchell, SD - at that point the front of the car was completely black with all the bugs. We hit the spray off car wash and they came right off - thanks to about 12 layers of Liquid Glass and S100.

Nice! I did Tampa FL to L.A. California when I was about 14. My only regret was that I didn't take many pictures and wasn't old enough to truley enjoy it. Very nice pictures.

I think the trip would have been even better with one or more other S's and make it a caravan. Maybe I can plan one someday - anyone interested?
