I started making one from scratch, but I didn't like the result. I bought a bleck grill craft and yanked off their badge and added this one on the lower right side (from a 98 Integra GSR).

Take your design to a place that specialises in wraught iron designs. Perhaps thay can help or advise.
Thanks for all your input.
I did find at least 3 shops here in Southern California who specialize in wrought iron designs. I called them and was advised to come by as they may be able to help me out.
Also, thanks NATE03 for sharing your pics. At least you were constructive instead of destructive---I'm sure you know what I mean.
You and I may be the only two who do like it, judging from some of the responses. At least it's functional, doesn't restrict air flow, and doesn't make the car look like it was accessorized while on a drunken spending spree at Autozone.
To the OP - There is a company here in Florida, Casey's Custom Grilles, that makes custom billet aluminum grilles for the S2000 and other cars. I don't have a link or any other contact info for them and I'm not sure that they're still in business, but it may be worth looking into.
